Sign Off Form
We have sent you your storyboard and script and now it’s time to sign off on your titles, typeface, audio templates, and colour grade. Once you have completed the below form we will contact you to co-ordinate the filming.
Please check that you have included all of the correct information and check for any spelling mistakes.
And finally - press the below 'UPLOAD LOGO's' button to upload all logo's and branding.
